Join our team in providing life changing support to vulnerable young women in Kigali.

I am Francine Ingabire,the founder and Executive Director of Women GAIN Rwanda, a nongovernmental organization that builds women’s capacity to be gender equality activists, policy advocates, and global citizens through training programs that teach leadership, democracy, politics, and community development.

In 2020, I interned with Global GAIN and got an opportunity to learn more about leadership, civic engagement, democracy, gender equality, entrepreneurship, and community development in the Intwari Women Program. It all inspired me to create an opportunity for other women and girls to learn, make practices, and volunteer for the community’s interest.

I am committed to creating more opportunities for young women like me and the younger generation to learn how to become activists and decision-makers.

In 2022, together with fellow Intwari women participants, we started a new local non-governmental organization, "Women GAIN Rwanda," to contribute to sustainable development goals and promote young women's participation in leadership and contribution to democracy. I am very excited that we made it with this program and turned it into an organization. All has been possible because of your support.

We are in the process of sustaining this initiative, which requires a lot of support. I am asking for your contribution to the Women GAIN Rwanda programs that support single and teen mothers in Kigali, Rwanda.

I aim to raise $ 1,000 to support these young women paying their school fees for the education year 2023-2024. It’s an urgent need because schools are resuming this September, and they are still struggling financially to afford it

Your donation to my page will make me contribute to the team goal of raising $18,000 by 30th November, which will help us to provide:

• Health insurance for 250 vulnerable family members in women-led families.
• Digital Literacy Training for 30 Young Women.
• School fees for 30 teen mothers.
• Vocational Training on creative, artistic, and wellness skills for 30 young women.
• Women's Leadership Workshop for 40 women.
• Entrepreneurship Training for 30 young women.
• Mobile Smart Phones for 20 young women.
