I am proud to be part of the journey that started with the Intwari Women Program and has now turned into Women GAIN Rwanda, a local NGO committed to empowering women through different projects including but not limited to; promoting the leadership, courage, and confidence of young girls to be advocates for global issues through training and programs on democracy, human rights, advocacy, gender equality, political and community engagement.

Today, I am reaching out to you with a request to join me in a fundraising campaign that has the potential to create empowered and confident women in our respective communities. Our goal is to secure $18,000 for Women GAIN Rwanda's first annual projects. As I step into this initiative, my personal commitment is to raise a minimum of $1,000, contributing directly to our collective mission of promoting women and girls' participation in leadership, decision-making processes, and helping in solving community challenges.

Among the various projects we are embarking on, I have chosen to concentrate my efforts on one project close to my heart. We aim to provide health insurance to 250 vulnerable family members in women-led households. These families are facing challenging circumstances, and they urgently need our support to secure health insurance for an entire year. Health insurance is not just a piece of paper; it's a lifeline. It means access to essential medical care, peace of mind, and a brighter future for these families. By providing this support, we are not just ensuring their well-being; we are empowering them to thrive despite their challenges.
