I am Rosette TUYISENGE, the founding member of Women GAIN Rwanda. The nongovernmental organization empowers young women through training programs that teach leadership, democracy, politics, and community development to be activists for gender equality, policy advocates, and global citizens.

My interaction with young women started while working on a social change project on early pregnancy. It was back in 2018 when I was in Davis College Akilah campus (former Akilah Institute). We were a group of students who went into the community to learn about the existing problems and then collaborated to create solutions. Through this experience, I gained an appreciation for the significance of giving back to the community and using what I have learned.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I joined Global GAIN through its Intwari Women program and learned how to empower women through training programs. Together with my fellow participants, we are advocating for other young women in our local community so they can find a suitable space for learning and networking professionally.

To continue this crucial work, I need your assistance. Women GAIN Rwanda seeks to raise $18,000 for its first annual projects; including but not limited to providing Health insurance for 250 vulnerable family members in women-led families, Digital Literacy Training for 30 Young Women, School fees for 30 teen mothers, Vocational Training on creative, artistic, and wellness skills for 30 young women, Women's Leadership Workshop for 40 women, Entrepreneurship Training for 30 young women, Mobile Smart Phones for 20 young women and help these young women become economically and socially developed.

I've pledged to raise a minimum of $1,000 to support the Women's Entrepreneurship training, which will help 30 women in our neighborhood. one of many projects we have. It is agency because these young women are facing the challenge of not being trained to use their assets. This training will help these young women to become economically developed. Your support will be the catalyst that straightens the way for them to succeed.

Come along on this transformational journey with us. As we seek to provide these young women in Rwanda with a better future, you can donate today and join us in telling our story by creating your fundraiser on this platform and sharing it with your networks to motivate them to contribute.

Your small donation will make a difference.
